Any child who has had trauma in their life, not able to control their situation. Have been frightened, abused sexually or physically and not able to speak up.

Not loved like a child should be will cause anxiety, depression and even obsessing. They will want to try and control their environment because they will suffer from PTSD.

How will you know? A sound, a look, a smell or even a word can set you off. She knows how it has affected her through the years. Stress will bring up those overwhelming feelings. It will make it worse if you are sleep deprived and not looking after yourself in Mind Body Soul & Spirit.

It wasn't fun when going through her unpleasant experiences. For her she always learns something from it and turns it around to a positive. For some reason getting older it can be difficult and more challenging. Like the waves of the ocean coming and going, the tide changing. Tim Ferriss speaks with Dr. Gabor Maté, a physician who specializes in neurology, psychiatry, and psychology. He’s well known for studying and treating addiction. I’ve wanted to invite Dr. Maté to this podcast for a while because he is not only an expert in the pathologies of addiction, but he’s experimented with — and used successfully — tools that are perhaps outside the realm of traditional psychiatry. He is also a co-founder, along with Vicky Dulai, of Compassion for Addiction, a group that advocates for a new way to understand and treat addiction.

Dr. Gabor Mat`e
Dr. Gabor explains wonderfully the connection between stress, isolation, depression, holding anger in how it suppresses, weakens the immune system. Making you ill with different diseases.

Gut Brain Feeling Connection
The gut is an organ of emotion and sensation, "Serotonin" is the chemical in the brain. Enhanced by giving Prozac for depression, is that  good? The gut has more serotonin than the brain, the video is extremely informative. She found out about the mind body connection many years ago helping her family. You cannot separate.

The Mind Body and Soul
Nervous System Wired Together
Nervous system is responsible for our whole body mechanism connection.  Hormones, cells, blood,  organs, neurons in the brain. The lecture near the end talks about the  perception of  disease and Western medicine and the alternatives which are not new. Modern medicine has taken a materialistic and analytic approach, it divides wholes into parts. It leaves little room in its framework for social, psychological and behavioral dimensions. A new approach in medicine: bio-psycho, social, spiritual approach in human beings.
